I’m a professional UX Designer and Researcher with a passion for solving complex problems using my experience in leading business-to-business and direct-to-consumer engagement. My passions include informational architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and overall end-to-end product design. Throughout my years I collaborated with cross-functional teams to design, code, and maintain high-quality user-centric desktop web and/or mobile applications. I also created wireframes, flows for prototypes, and component libraries, conducted case studies for stakeholders, and led the user experience design on multiple large-scale projects or complex applications. Moreover, I created a consistent voice and tone throughout the product. I was also providing appropriate language, alt text for images, and ensuring the copy is screen reader-friendly. In addition, I produced deliverables for every stage of the design process – wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, and journey maps. I also partnered with product management, engineering, user research, and tech writers to define the product direction, own the design execution, and measure ongoing improvements.
